Work experience

• in 1997-2004, he worked at the Kostanay Law Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (now the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev) as a teacher, senior lecturer, deputy head of the Department, head of the Department, professor of the Department.
• Since 2004, he has been working at the Kostanay Regional University named after A. Baitursynov as Deputy Director of the Institute of Law (now the Institute of Economics and Law), Associate Professor of the Department, Head of the Department of Theory of State and Law, Associate Professor (Associate Professor) of the Department of Theory of State and Law.

• In accordance with the order of the Acting Chairman of the Board – Rector of the A. Baitursynov KRU dated February 03, 2021 No. 34 OD, I am a member of the commission for the ethical evaluation of dissertation research in the direction 8D041 Business and Management, 8D042 Law.

• On December 2, 2022, from the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he received a diploma for active participation in reviewing articles for the scientific journal «Bulletin of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan» signed by the Director of the Institute, Ph.D. N.
